Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the ZaraCAF app (herein referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by ZaraCAF as a Free service.

The Application collects and processes information to provide its core services:

• Audio Data: The Application accesses your microphone to record your speech for Italian language practice. This audio is sent to our secure Firebase Cloud Functions and the Google Gemini AI API to provide grading and feedback. Audio data is processed in real-time and is not stored permanently on our servers.
• Device Information: We may collect non-personal information about your device to improve the Application's performance.

The Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

• Google Play Services
• Firebase (Remote Config, Cloud Functions, Analytics)
• Google Gemini AI API

Conversation history is stored locally on your device using Shared Preferences. You can clear this history at any time within the app's settings.
